Requesting a Return:

To return a product contact us at support@vitasunn.co.uk and provide your name, order date and a brief description of the problem. We will send you complete instructions on how to return your package.

Store credits cannot be processed until we have received your returned merchandise. VitaSunn is not responsible for return postage. In the case of credit card refunds it may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

How The Charge Will Appear On Your Statement:

This fact DOES NOT in any way impact the price of our goods. You will be charged the amount you see during checkout.
